Once
upon a time

Rbw.png

In May 2007, on a very colorful day, two young women decided to leave their comfort zone... on search of a virtual adventure, they met each other and created a friendship network. As this circle extended, one adventure upon another, they started to get acquainted with some human beings coming from all horizons who shook all the cliches which are often fed by the media about neighboring and distant countries.

Sometimes they found themselves isolated in certain places and they found relief in pretending to be tourists, without sharing anything with local residents. They would have so much liked a charitable and "eco-friendly" soul to become their guide at this time !

All this time, some thousand kilometers away from their birth place, some men and women were speaking about “the feeling of belonging" to Europe, of the "new countries being added" to the European Union... Our two adventurers felt less concerned by the question, until the day they came up with a crazy idea: "Why don't we create a shared network destined for young adventurers, in order to exchange and better know the reality shared by "young foreigners" and to help each other fight against all sources of discrimination?"

This Is how, in March 2011, in the Finister region of France, at the end of the world, and Penn-ar-Bed, head of the world for Bretons, the multiverse gave birth to Young Rainbow of European Union (YREU).
